Man, it's been a little while since I've written, huh? I guess almost two weeks. It seems like I've been really busy, but I can't even think of exciting stuff to say I did.
I went and got ice cream at Coldstone three times this week. I got berry yogurt with gummy bears twice and watermelon sorbet with gummy bears once. That watermelon sorbet was so good that it makes me salivate when I imagine it.... I wish I was drinking some milk right now, but I'm too lazy to go downstairs and get any.
My sternoclavicular joint is causing problems. Yesterday and today it felt like it did a day or two after I injured it, which sucks because it's been about eight weeks. I really hope that some miracle happens before I go back and see the doctor on May 12. I read online about options to fix it if it's not healing on its own. Let's just say that none of them seemed really exciting.
I can't believe it's May already. Last night was really the first night since the allergy escapade that I slept through the entire night without waking up coughing..... Knock on wood. I am hoping for another good night tonight. I just took an Advil PM because I have an excruciating headache. Time to go to sleep! I can't wait!

Shirts = Dangerous
So, first and foremost, I have done an extremely crappy job of keeping up with this. Whatever, though. It's not like anybody even knew about this yet.
Today will be an important day in the life of me - my return to LA Fitness. About three weeks ago, I was involved in an accident at LA Fitness. On the stair-stepper? No. Elliptical? No. Playing basketball with boys? No.
I was actually changing my shirt to work out and something went horribly wrong. I felt an extremely sharp pain in my chest and was afraid to move my right arm. After visiting an urgent care moron who said to 'use it like normal,' I went to a real doctor. He examined it and told me I had torn ligaments in my sternoclavicular joint - where the collar bone meets the breastbone. Anyways, he said not to use my arm for four to six weeks and hopefully it would heal itself.
I have gone on a few walks since then, but have not been exercising. Today I plan on taking a stab at returning to spin class because the doctor mentioned that cycling might be my best bet. I hope it goes well because my arm has actually been bothering me the last few days and I felt like the healing had regressed.
Regardless, it will be a successful morning because I am meeting a friend at IHOP in exactly two hours!!!!!!!!!!!!! PANCAKES!
