So, first and foremost, I have done an extremely crappy job of keeping up with this. Whatever, though. It's not like anybody even knew about this yet.
Today will be an important day in the life of me - my return to LA Fitness. About three weeks ago, I was involved in an accident at LA Fitness. On the stair-stepper? No. Elliptical? No. Playing basketball with boys? No.
I was actually changing my shirt to work out and something went horribly wrong. I felt an extremely sharp pain in my chest and was afraid to move my right arm. After visiting an urgent care moron who said to 'use it like normal,' I went to a real doctor. He examined it and told me I had torn ligaments in my sternoclavicular joint - where the collar bone meets the breastbone. Anyways, he said not to use my arm for four to six weeks and hopefully it would heal itself.
I have gone on a few walks since then, but have not been exercising. Today I plan on taking a stab at returning to spin class because the doctor mentioned that cycling might be my best bet. I hope it goes well because my arm has actually been bothering me the last few days and I felt like the healing had regressed.
Regardless, it will be a successful morning because I am meeting a friend at IHOP in exactly two hours!!!!!!!!!!!!! PANCAKES!

Laugh it off
Several times in recent years, people have told me that my life sounds like a TV show. From my strings of bad luck to my odd happenings, sometimes my life is borderline unbelievable. A friend and I were joking a few weeks ago that, at any point now, a cameraman will jump out and tell me that he's been documenting my life for the past five years.
Since people are often amused by the things that happen in my life, I thought I should start documenting them in one easy-to-find place. Sometimes it's best to look back to the things that have happened and simply laugh them off. That's the best way to live life anyways...
